2. Google User Data Policy & OAuth Disclosure
When you choose to authenticate, sign up, or log in to RhinoBlocks using "Continue with Google" (Google OAuth 2.0), we receive specific profile data from your Google Account based on the explicit permissions you grant:
- Email Address: Used as your unique primary account identifier to deliver access to your library, purchases, and transactional receipts.
- Full Name: Used to personalize your membership profile, workspace, and licensing credentials.
- Profile Picture URL: Used optionally to display your avatar in the platform header and account dashboard.
Strict Use Limitations:
- We only request read access to basic identification scopes (
openid,email,profile). - We NEVER request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, calendar, or any external Google data.
- We NEVER sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to third parties, advertising networks, data brokers, or AI model trainers.
- Your data is used solely to provide and maintain your RhinoBlocks account and digital asset library access.
3. Personal Data We Collect and Purpose
In addition to Google OAuth information, we collect only data necessary to deliver the service:
- Account Information: Name, email address, password hash (encrypted via Argon2/bcrypt), professional occupation, country, and registration timestamp.
- Subscription & Licensing Data: Active membership plan, renewal cycle, and download entitlements.
- Library & Activity Data: Records of downloaded blocks, custom collections, and user requests to ensure license verification and continuous library access.
- Technical Logs: IP address, browser user-agent, and security access logs retained temporarily to prevent malicious activity, unauthorized automated scraping, and account takeover.
4. Payment Security & Third-Party Processors
All financial transactions and recurring subscription billing are processed directly through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. RhinoBlocks does not receive, view, or store credit card numbers or banking security codes on its servers.
Our secure database and cloud infrastructure are hosted on enterprise-grade providers (Cloudflare and Supabase), operating under strict data processing agreements with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3).
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
RhinoBlocks uses only essential first-party session cookies and secure local storage tokens necessary to keep you securely authenticated. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or behavioral cross-site advertising trackers.
6. Data Retention & Your Legal Rights (GDPR / LGPD)
You have full legal control over your personal data under the GDPR and LGPD. You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Correct or update any inaccurate personal information at any time in your Account settings.
- Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.

- Revoke Google Access: You can disconnect RhinoBlocks from your Google Account at any time via your Google Account Security Settings.
