1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RhinoBlocks (https://rhinoblocks.pro), registering an account, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.
2. Subscription & Membership
RhinoBlocks provides a curated subscription library of native 2D and 3D NURBS blocks (.3dm) for Rhinoceros 3D. Active subscribers are granted non-exclusive, worldwide access to download digital blocks according to the specific tier of their active plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your Account dashboard.
3. Commercial License & Permitted Uses
All downloaded 3D assets and 2D CAD blocks from RhinoBlocks include a perpetual commercial license for use in:
- Architectural, interior design, structural, and landscape projects for clients.
- Architectural visualizations, 3D renderings, and design competition presentations.
- Construction documentation and technical execution drawings.
Restrictions: You may not resell, sub-license, redistribute, publish, or make available any RhinoBlocks assets as standalone digital files, 3D models, meshes, or within any competing digital library or marketplace.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your Account settings. Upon cancellation, your access remains fully active until the end of your prepaid billing period.
Because RhinoBlocks provides immediate digital access and download capabilities for high-value CAD files upon subscription, fees paid are non-refundable once assets have been accessed or downloaded, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws for digital goods.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, proprietary algorithms, 3D assets, trademarks, logos, and website materials are the exclusive intellectual property of RhinoBlocks and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
